Mind Programming For Success

Dr. Jose A. Bardelas Jr. MD Programming For Success By David Lyfe

The role of your mind is to keep you alive, nothing else. Its purpose is to feed you with either negative or positive things depending on your observation, meaning through our senses for example your eyes (what you see) or your ears (what you hear). The formula for success or what will make you rich will only come from who you are and all the raw materials are embedded within you. Moreover, you might need to make few changes in the mistakes you make to discipline to ensure you are on the right track to being successful.

Tips on your mindset and emotional response to success and relationship to money:

Thought leads to feelings, which leads to action and finally result. What happen before your thoughts develops? I have added mind programming primary cause is your thoughts, hence, if you can amend your mind set it will lead to good thoughts leading to feelings that cause you to act on it resulting into success.

Listen to your mind and what it has to say, however, you don’t have to buy it always but just be aware of it as it will not support you a lot of the time. Time after time your mind will bring in negative thoughts, focus on the present moment positively and ignore the negative thoughts.

Have a morning practice of meditation or declaration whatever works for you. When you meditate you keep your mind focused and fit. You train your mind to respond to whatever you want not it telling you when to feel good and otherwise. Your mind will always work against you especially when it is risky. When you meditate and practice declaring on what you want with intensity and sincerity your mind stay fit for purpose and will always respond to your thinking.

Get into the game of TAKING ACTION. Whenever you are thinking about something and you know that you can only see the next inch, just do it. Just get on with it, take that action there is no need for contemplation as it will allow more negative thoughts in. Let me tell you the risk will always be there and the wiliness to act reduces that risk.

Once you have conditioned your body and mind, be wiling to act despite of fear. Confidence helps to decrease the spirit of fear, so trust yourself, be positive by programming your mind set, take action and you will be on the right track to living a successful life.

Tips For Everyday Positive Thinking

Dr. Jose A. Bardelas Jr. MD Everyday Positive Thinking By Adrian Gunter

All the wonderful things in life are for free: love, hope, freedom, happiness and positive thinking. So, that’s not the way you usually hear that saying but it still is true. Positive thinking is a wonderful thing and it can bring to you so much more. They also said that the best things in life are worth working for but positive thinking is actually pretty easy to apply. Here are some tips for everyday positive thinking.

Begin each day with a smile and appreciation for being alive another day. As soon as you get up, greet yourself with a compliment and mean it. Tell yourself that you’re going to have a great day and that you feel great. Starting a day this way makes you feel loved and confident. Set a goal that you can achieve in a day, goals do not have to be so complex and hard to attain. Repeat this goal and the rest of your lifetime goals to yourself, in the shower, in front of the mirror or even when you are driving. Keep repeating these goals to yourself everyday until you attain them.

Start saying “yes” instead of “no” or “maybe” and you will be experiencing a new world. Believe that you can and stop saying that you can’t do something. Then keep challenging yourself, challenges bring spice into your life but avoid getting into trouble because that’s not fun for anyone. Take risks and just enjoy living. There are so many places to explore, books to read, poems to be written, movies to be watched and people to be loved. Do not hide behind closed doors, open them and learn all the things life can teach.

Spend time for yourself and treat yourself with a day at the spa, watch a funny movie, read a book with a cup of hot cocoa, or just doing whatever you love to do. You should also spend time with the people you love. Try out new things together, watch movies, laugh and dance to music and get to know each other more. You never know what things you can find out about the people you care about unless you spend time getting to know them. Go on a vacation and just relax in each other’s company.

Aside from these tips for everyday positive thinking, you can have a blast finding out how to think positively by experimenting. Mix and match all the things you learned and maybe, you will find the secret to having a positive mental attitude.
